Key responsibilities will include:
**Requirements**:

- Experience: Proven experience as a Fiberglass Laminator, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in fiberglass lamination techniques, including hand lay-up, spray-up, and vacuum bagging.
- Knowledge: Understanding of composite materials, resins, and curing processes.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, defect-free products.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting, and working in various positions.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
- Safety Focus: Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
