**Position**: ERP Administrator (Dynamics NAV & CRM) **Location**: Craighall **Salary**: R60k per month **EE**: Open to All To manage and provide support on Microsoft Dynamics Navision, CRM, ECM and other internal systems to all staff. The Senior Systems Specialist will be a technical generalist with a specialist in one or more of the listed technologies. This will enable the Senior Systems Specialist to support the systems team and the business across various focus areas based on business need **Navision, CRM & ECM**
- Monitoring the system and the integration components thereof.
- System Administration of Nav, CRM & other systems
- Assist with all user queries and issues on Navision, CRM and other systems.
- Trouble shoot issues logged by users and resolve taking into consideration possible impact on other systems that are integrated.
**Process and Procedures**
- Manage IT Systems’ vendor SLA’s - logging calls etc needs to follow SLA guidelines
- Evaluate and improve current process and procedures to continuously improve output
- Assist in driving projects to improve system and business processes, supporting the business on digital transformation
**UAT (User Acceptance Testing)**
- Assist with UAT testing and new developments before going live with products
- Signoff on change controls for deployments.
**Training**
- Deliver internal training to new and existing staff members on Navision as well as Other Systems
- Plan and facilitate Microsoft Dynamics Navision, CRM & other system training programs.
- Update training material when new features and functions are developed, including compilation of help manuals
**Data Management**
- Assess data integrity and created data management plans for users to implement to address problematic data issues.
**Incident Management**
- Manage daily support incidents.
- Assign support tickets to the relevant specialists
- Feedback to the relevant stakeholders.
- Write incident and root cause reports.
**Requirement Gathering**
- Solicit and record business requirements for various stakeholders and projects.
- Compile BRS documentation for new and enhanced system features.
- Identifying new requirements through engagements with internal business functions.
