**Job description**
- - Prompt identification of recurring defects and inefficiencies, flag, analyse and resolve/escalate accordingly
- Effectively plan,organise and control the rebuild and repair of TMM machines to agreed schedule, budget,standards and specifications
- Order parts/equipment timeously and within budget
- Compliance with SHEQ, M&RC and client standards, policies, procedures and safety protocols
- Effective stakeholder engagement
- Competent, motivated, disciplined and positive team
- Effective self and team supervision in alignment with MRC values and leadership initiatives

**Minimum requirements**
- Grade 12
- Section 26 Electrician Trade Certificate / MIETTB Trade Certificate through a registered body
- Analytical and attentive to detail
- Valid Code EB driver's
- Good job planning and organizing skills
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- 5 year's mining industry experience (underground and surface)
- 5 year's trade experience as an Electrician on underground TMM equipment.
- Knowledge on the following Sandvick machines; Double Boom Rig (DD421) and Roofbolter (DS411)
- Experience interpreting diagrams and technical documentation such as schematics, manuals, standards and codes
