IT Services Administrator

**Description**:
The IT Services Administrator is responsible for IT Administration functions.
**Key Responsibilities**:

**Asset Management**:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.
- Track asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
**Document Management**:
- Organize and maintain IT documentation, including policies, process, and procedures.
- Ensure documentation is accessible and up to date.
**Financial Administration**:
- Process purchase orders (POs), invoices, and requisitions.
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts.
- Handle customer billings for PHS and Cloud ERP environments.
- Resolve billing queries efficiently.
**Incident, Change, and Problem Management**:
- Manage and resolve IT incidents, changes, and problems.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices.
**Reporting and Daily Ticket Management**:
- Generate and analyse IT service reports.
- Manage daily IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
**ISO27001 Compliance**:
- Support initiatives to maintain and improve ISO27001 compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments.
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Senior Certificate or NQF4 equivalent 3+ years of work experience
**Knowledge**:
- Knowledge of SharePoint.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ISO27001 is beneficial
- Knowledge of SYSPRO ERP is beneficial.
**Skills required**:
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and solve problems efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt easily to new systems and grasp new technologies quickly.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
