We are looking to employ a Qualified Carpenter. Person must have at least 3 - 5 years reputable work experience in the field. Experience in Joinery works a bonus. Must be able to work under pressure, work alone and or in a team. Be able to work with hand and power tools. Project driven, quality workmanship, eye for detail, be willing to work overtime to get the job done. Be willing to word hard physically.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Fits and installs new window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior.
- Repairs on window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior - Fit and install skirtings, dido rails and cornices.
- Builds or repairs cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using
- woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools. - Fit and install drywall and ceilings.
- Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground levels.
- Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.

**Requirements**:
College/University Certifcate

ID copy certified not more than three months

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R4,500.00 - R6,000.00 per month
