**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
- Review and report back to the Head of Operations on the performance of the teams.
- Collaborate with the department heads and BA to create programs for the improvement of
processes and systems, with the aims of: automation and digitalisation; cost reduction or revenue generation; enhanced client experience.
- Overall support and assistance with the implementation of strategy and projects required from the Head of Operations.
- Ensure department goals are monitored and met.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the various teams under your purview.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric culture.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, insurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, including managing teams and overseeing multiple departments.
- Experience in the insurance industry ideal, but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of client-centric operations, including retention, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of professionals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent reporting skills, with the ability to gather information and succinctly present findings.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
