Preparation and review of budgets (OPEX and CAPEX)

Monthly management account review and variance analysis

Monthly management account review and forecasting

CAPEX review and forecasting

General ledger review and investigation

Working with the team with regards to benchmarking and standardisation of policies across brand

Internal control reviews

Assistance with external and internal audit process and queries

ICAPS, travel claims, expense claims and overtime review

Prepaid expense management and release. Communicate delivery and period of service to brand finance

Ad-hoc projects

Awareness of enrolment tracking, understanding reasons for leavers with sales and marketing

Awareness of marketing initiatives to drive enrolments with sales and marketing

Awareness of academic strategy and how this can be supported by finance

Assistance to Brand Finance with migration and adoption of new systems

Putting together a finance calendar and communicating key dates with Principals and staff and driving requirement/ need for proper planning.

**Skills & Experience**:
Deadline driven

High attention to detail

**Qualification**:
PA(SA)
