**Position Purpose**

Customer Service Representative will consult with customers and provide the appropriate solutions and answers to complaints and queries related to reservations. In doing this they keep records of customer interactions while following communicated procedures, guidelines, and policies. Their strong customer service experience will ensure they go the extra mile for their customers to ensure an elite white glove experience

They have good product knowledge and know how to identify customer needs and provide solutions. They can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Have a good level of confidence and assertion through knowledge underpins all interactions. Consultants must demonstrate the ability to deliver exceptional interactions with our customers no matter the situation.

**Prerequisites**
- Grade 11 and or Grade 12
- 6 - 12 Months plus strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong command of the English language with a neutral accent
- Conversational with the ability to build rapport with effective questioning skills to establish customer needs and or concerns
- Display strong customer service, solutioning skills and maintaining patience are key in this role
- Policy driven with the ability to decline client requests in a polite fashion offering solutions to ensure customers remain satisfied
- Computer literate with the ability to multitask and use multiple systems to process customer service requests
- Target driven with high energy levels.
- Professional and polite
- Travel industry experience preferred but not essential
