Blummer Operator

**Job Desciption**:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reading of work ticket orders to determine setup specifications and instructions
- Observe and monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and or adjustments
- Perform daily and regular maintenance tasks
- Maintain daily production records
- Perform quality checks and ensure required tolerances
- Set up and operate machine to perform DIE/cutting(punching), banding, boxing and shrink wrapping of printing products
- Maintaining safe occupational health and safety standards
- Ad-hoc tasks which include general housekeeping
- Ensure correct stock levels are maintained

**Educational Requirements**:

- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent

**Experience Requirements**:

- 1-2 years Blummer Operator working experience
- 1-2 Years working experience in a Printing environment
