Pizza Maker

An opportunity for a Pizza Maker to join a busy, vibey restaurant in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. Oblivion Bar and Kitchen has been in business for 22 years and continues to expand and exceed customer expectations.

This all day eatery is looking for a responsible individual with prior experience with a wood fired pizza oven to join our kitchen team. Grill and/or baking experience additionally would be beneficial.

The successful applicant:

- has at least a year's experience making pizza in a wood fired pizza oven
- has experience making Neapolitan-style (Naples-style) pizza
- will work with assigned prep and closing checklists
- will maintain, stock, and properly rotate all pizza toppings, sauce, dough, and cheese
- will maintain a safe and sanitary workstation at all times
- is a team player and works well with others
- can multi-task and work under pressure
- may have prior grill cook experience
- may have prior baking experience
- is able to work either a day shift or night shift
