Branch Manageress (Plant Hire) - Pretoria

Our client has an opening for a
**Branch Manageress** for the branch in
**Pretoria.**

This position requires an individual who has at least 3 years Branch Manager experience in the Plant Hire or alternatively Civils, Construction or Mining Industries.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Business Management or similar will be an added benefit
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Must have a valid drivers license and be will to travel to other branches
- Good understanding and working experience of MS Excel
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team
- Generate above-average sales for the business (target driven)
- Self assured and motivated with a relentless drive to succeed
- Possess a good level of technical knowledge and proficiency in order to evaluate the workshop output

**Salary**:
Negotiable Basic Salary + Company Benefits+ Company Vehicle and Fuel Allowance + Branch profit share.
