**Job Description**:
The Organizational Change Analyst plays a key role in managing the change associated with the Global IT Data & Digital projects, which are strategically important business improvement initiatives for Brambles’ Digital Transformation.

Organizational Change Management (OCM) is a role that helps with the “people side of change” - meaning that the analyst will work with regional business sponsors, determine stakeholder impacts, help create and execute Change and Communication Plans, write communication, develop training, execute and monitor training plans, assess people’s awareness of the changes and their knowledge and abilities to perform new behaviours.

The Change Analyst will work closely with Global IT Data & Digital Team, Brambles’ Digital Transformation Team, Regional Business Managers, and the Global Organizational Change Manager to ensure that impacted business stakeholders successfully adopt changes through awareness communication, training or other change strategies.

The mission of the Global IT Data & Digital Team is to provide Global IT expertise, support and partnership to deliver business outcomes by enabling Brambles' Digital Transformation.

Bachelors - Business Administration/Management

Preferred Level of Work Experience

3 - 5 years
