**Main Responsibilities**:

- Reporting and Analysis of Financial Statements
- Budget, Forecasts and institutional scenarios Process
- Analysis of Monthly Actual results vs objectives
- Understanding and explaining key deviations
- Driving to the definition of the industrial guidelines;
- Driving to the budgeting, forecasting and controlling process;
- Monthly closings reporting and variance analysis;
- Energy and industrial overheads reporting and variance analysis;
- Product costing simulations and evaluation of different option about industrial footprint;
- Be the interface for the Operation Central Functions, Partner with the business and be the main Finance point of contact for the factory
- Cost efficiency Projects Up dations and Meeting with all Stakeholders and Plant manager

**About the Role**:
As a Jnr controller, your responsibility will include supporting the SNR Industrial controller and the production team. The controller will be interacting with variant departments and the HQ to provide the timely analysis on business and operative performances and forecast the upcoming results, it’s a competitive and challenging role in a dynamic environment. The controller will support the finance, & operative team in their daily activities.

**Who we are looking for**:

- University degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Finance.
- Previous experience of at least 4 years in controlling, or reporting.
- Experience gained in FMCG company
- Knowledge of production controlling (cost calculation, budgeting, planning and reporting)
- Result oriented, leading innovation, proactive and problem solve
- Ability to gain an understanding of business processes and to identify risks/opportunities.
- Experience of SAP, especially FI, CO, material ledgers and other related IT tools.
- Strength in technical skills, data management and reporting software, with the ability to develop tools for an efficient working.
- Flexibility, analytical and project management skills, organizational skills and management of priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, Goal orientation, problem-solving skills and teamwork;
