Our client in the Body and Trailer Manufacturing Industry is looking for a Workshop Supervisor who will be responsible to ensure that work is carried out correctly and on schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the refrigeration body building is a MUST.
- Supervising and training all staff.
- Should be able to listen and communicate well.
- Attentive and can listen closely to the needs of the employees.
- Experience in CNC Bending machines, spray painting and steel trailer manufacturing is a MUST.
- Problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Conduct performance reviews.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
