Coordinating the driver/s deliveries and collections
- Responsible for receiving stock from Branches/Customers
- Coordinating pickers and packers
- Store maintenance and cleaning as well as general housekeeping
- Communicate with clients on delivery times and dispatch numbers
- Maintain stock accuracy 97%
- Maintain Bin accuracy of 100%
- Doing perpetual stock counts on a daily basis
- Doing weekly bin audits
- To ensure that picking is done accurately and meeting QC (Quality)standards
- Receiving of all scrap batteries and maintaining control over them
- Ensuring that store procedures are met at all times
- To ensure that all credit notes and returns are processed within 3 days so stock can be moved from the credit note/return shelf into the store
- Managing the store and ensuring that there is access control at all times
- Management of the overall image of the store
- Assist with stock takes at all times
- Managing the warranty/return process at all times
- Updating regular bin locations when new stock arrives by sending the bins through to Head Office
- Checking stock levels and store requirements
- Responsible for inter-branch transfers and ensuring that stock is send through to branches accurately and meeting QC standards as well as releasing stock from the IT warehouse into the main warehouse upon receiving and checking goods with the transfer documentation
- Manage and report on all stock received incorrectly
- Report on all Nil picks on picking slips to the Regional Manager and Stock Controller
- Ensuring that there is document control on all documentation revolving stock (ISO)
- Always making sure that the stock send to customers or Branches are corresponding with the processed documentation (Part number, Description, Quality and Quantity)
- Making sure all manual delivery notes are processed within 2 hours of system coming back on
- Making sure all parts requisitions used to issue stock to vehicles are issued within 2 days
- Responsible for following up on all Inter-Branch Transfer queries listed in your IT warehouse problems
- Investigating and ensuring that the stock requested for an adjustment is correct before signing off on the adjustment form
- To execute the receiving and dispatching of stock to and from regions / technicians /customers
- Raise delivery notes against the relevant accounts
- Ensure all stock has serial numbers
- Prepare parcels correctly and in time for collection by courier company
- Draw required stock and keep Bin Cards correctly updated
- Maintain effective stock control at all times
- Complete GRN of stock received from suppliers and forward to Stores Manager
- Administer all paperwork and delivery notes as per defined procedures
- Take part in stock take
- Any duties as required by the company

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Middelburg, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 4 years (required)
