**Minimum Requirements**
- New Product development and project management experience.
- 5+ years' experience in Brand Management within the FMCG sector **(Preferably in the Personal Care Markets**).
- Marketing qualification or equivalent.
- Packaging experience.
- Strong time to live (TTL) understanding and exposure to ATL, BTL and Digital Media.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- The position requires covering niche personal care brands and the potential to grow a mainstream brand.
- Responsible for creating and implementing brand marketing strategies with coaching and oversight by the marketing team and leader.
- Responsible for executing plans.
- Employ innovation in products and processes in order to achieve a competitive advantage.
- Report and analyze brand performance in a clear, concise manner with a focus on required actions, demonstrating an understanding of brand issues, passion for brand and market opportunities.
