Our client based in Observatory is looking for an Inside Salesperson with 2 - 3 years B2B cold calling sales experience to join their team.

START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 2 -3 years B2B cold calling sales experience via the phone
- Matric
- Microsoft Office
- Deadline and target driven
- Good communication skills
**DUTIES**:
- Customer Service team processes all orders, creates all quotes and handles all quality issues
- Routes all orders to customer service for processing
- Routes all quotes to customer service for creation
- Routes all quality issues to customer service (and ensures that the CSR has the information required to assume ownership of the issue)
- All client contacts are recorded — in real time — in CRM
**HOURS**:
- Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 17:00
