Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the
Durban region. This role is integral to our company’s success, requiring a
balance of internal and external sales responsibilities.

Key Duties andResponsibilities:

- **External Sales**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct client visits to demonstrate product offerings and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- **Internal Sales**:

- Process customer orders and follow up on sales leads.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a valid Driver’s License (minimum code 8) and own a reliable vehicle.
- Proven experience in sales; experience in lighting and technical sales are highly advantageous.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ambitious and target-driven with a keen eye for assessing processes and optimizing sales strategies.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleague.
