**Cardiologist based in Port Elizabeth is seeking a medical receptionist.**

**Requirements**:

- Greeting patients, helping them navigate through the office, and supplying them with refreshments as they wait.
- Good communication and people skills
- Diary and appointment management
- Answering incoming calls
- Creating patient files
- Scanning and uploading documentation
- Assisting with follow ups or rescheduling of appointments
- General administration
- Maintain efficient patient service
- Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information

**Skills and attributes**:

- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Hardworking
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
- Computer literacy and high attention to detail

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
