**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Daily management of the Roster Helpdesk, including assigning tickets to the correct department/person.**
***:

- **Closing of daily helpdesk tickets within a 12 hour turn around.**
***:

- **Support Crew Scheduling in the event of irregular operations, in accordance with the internal work instruction, CATS, CARS and Operational Manual.**
***:

- **Submit daily reporting to the Supervisor Operations Support.**
***:

- **Ensure all daily checks has been completed.**
***:

- **Must be willing to work overtime when required to do so.**
***:

- **After hours and weekend contactable duty when required.**
***:

- **Ad hoc duties that may be required by the company from time to time.**
***

**REQUIREMENTS**:
***
- **Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent;**
***:

- **Previous crew scheduling or training planning experience (Advantageous);**
***:

- **Must have a minimum of 3 years’ aviation experience;**
***:

- **Knowledge of CATS/CARS, SACAA Regulations;**
***:

- **Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).**
***:

- **After Hours and weekend contactable duty.**
***
