- Ensuring that backup procedures are functioning and solving any disruption with the backups.
- Provide Business support
- Investigates and diagnoses network problems.
- Collects IT usage stats. Makes recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carries out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.
- Sets up new users and manages back-ups.
- Installs and maintains network systems, examining network-related issues.
- Evaluates the network systems and servers to see if there is any scope for improvement.
- Configures the network systems and servers.
- Prepares IT reports.
- Ensure printers perform effectively and at all times.**Inherent Requirements**
- Minimum of 4 years experience including experience in installation, troubleshooting of networks, servers etc, Also experience in loading printers, laptops and desktops. Strong Networks and Analytics Skills
