Beauty Sales Assistant - Cape Town

A Beauty Sales Assistant position is available in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Beauty Sales Assistant Job - Cape Town, Western Cape, Montague Gardens

A well established wholesaler to the beauty industry is currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven and passionate internal sales assistant to join the sales team. Their focus and goal is to provide the best client services and products possible

**Duties will include**:

- Providing the best customer service possible for every order
- Processing of orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Compiling quotes
- Answering telephones
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Assisting clients in the shop
- Assist in the warehouse where necessary
- Helping with any adhoc tasks that are required
- Checking parcels and checking out the drivers in the mornings
- Cashing up and receipting

**Skills Required**:

- Diploma in beauty
- At least one year experience in sales
- Strong admin skills (required)
- Sage Pastel experience (Preferable)
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office
- Detail Orientated and organised
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to work to deadlines
- Able to multi task
- Good communication skills including phone manners

**Attributes Required**:

- Good work etiquette
- Good time management
- Good attitude towards clients and colleagues
- Target driven
- Able to work well in a team
- Willing to go the extra mile.

** Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Admin: 1 year (preferred)
