**DESCRIPTION**

To provide full management and execution on projects. This includes the daily completion of field reports, installation and commissioning projects to suit the client’s needs. The technician is fully responsible for the management of project staff on site and ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget and comply to Indalo quality standards. Client satisfaction and peace of mind is always the number 1 priority.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification in Plumbing
- Ability to install HDPE, PVC & Galvanized pipes.
- Basic Knowledge of Electricity
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive.
- Min 2 years’ experience in a plumbing position
- Knowledge and working with water pumps,
- Must be able to write and complete site reports,
- Must be willing to travel,
- Sober habits
- Good time management
- Integrity and high ethical standards
- Project management skills
- Ability to use electrical hand tools
- Technical skills to execute water project installation task
- Fault finding skills.
- Must be able to read technical drawings.
- Leadership skills
- Computer Literature: Advanced MS Word, Basic Excel
- Attention to detail, thorough and well organized.
- Able to cope under pressure.
- Fluent in English and well spoken.
- The ability to interact with senior management and clients.
- Experience of working with pumps is an advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Must be able to deal with a range of ongoing tasks at the same time and to be able to cope under pressure.
- Must be able to work with minimum or no supervision and to make technical decisions based on a broad understanding of relevant policies and operational requirements.
- Coordination of project dates and staff management on site.
- Keep and update mileage logbook on all business trips.
- Dealing with technical queries and any concerns raised by clients.
- Perform field Reports.
- Communicate with clients.
- Update and monitor compliance on weekly lead progress tracker reports.
- KPI Tracking, Client Feedback Monitoring, Work Attendance, Punctuality, Return job and employee performance tracking.
- Improve knowledge, product quality offering by research on the latest technology and designs available on the market.
- Document comprehensive reports for each project.
- Monitor and control project cost of all sales to remain within project budget.
- Maintain a professional company image.
- Gather information and photos from each site to support website and social media content.

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 2-4 Year Experience (preferred)

License/Certification:
