Team Captain

**Minimum Educational Qualification**:University Qualification in Production Management /Operations/Engineering

**Minimum Relevant Work Experience**:3years experience in related field

**Position Summary**:
We are looing for 4x Team Captains to join our Babelegi factory. The Team Captain ensures that the production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with legal requirements meeting safety, quality, hygiene, cost and environment need.

**A day in the life of a Team Captain**:

- Ensure that finished products are consistently manufactured meeting prescribed standards (compliant), on time and meeting consumer expectations
- Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with the local laws striving for Zero accidents through continuous coaching on safety behaviors.
- Focus on material availability, finished goods quality, and on time delivery through optimal resource allocation
- Lead a continuous improvement/employee involvement culture through NCE approach. Drive for excellence and support operators and staff in their tasks.
- Provide timely feedback and coaching to individuals and team in order to develop them to their full potential and to achieve objectives

**What will make you successful**:

- Knowledge and understanding of SAP and production modules
- Experience of 3 years experience
- University Qualification in Production Management/Operations/Engineering
- FMCG advantageous
