**Your Role**
To support the South African Leadership Team, Sales Area, Consumer/Customer Care, Industrial Operations Controlling and BA APAC & MEA in the business controlling for South Africa.
Will be responsible for the end-to-end financial aspects of the business performance like commercial finance, business partnership, accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance.

**A Typical Day**
Mirror financial integrity by ensuring systems, procedures and team members is operating effectively to assure the integrity of company assets, funds and other resources, and appropriate levels of prudence and conservatism are applied to financial reporting, modelling and forecasting.
Management reporting, forecast and budgetary reporting on the financial state of business comprehensively, accurately and timely.
Direct and manage a team of analysis to work closely with Line Managers to understand, predict and grow/control revenue streams and costs within SA/ BA APAC & MEA
Profit maximization through identifying opportunities and maintaining costs to achieve or exceed budgeted sales and profits - Be part of the negotiation and control of trade deals, rebates, sales discounts, etc., giving visibility and transparency to the process.
Be the business owner of all finalised financial processes such as preparation and calculation of standard cost, pricing analytics and maintenance Monthly Report process and financial compliance

Responsible for Price & Revenue Management including Volume, Price and Mix calculation /management.
Contribution, margin simulator, daily sales cockpit, etc., driving the business in a profitable growth way.
Coordinate the planning process in the country, such as long-term strategic plans, annual plan, quarterly plan review and monthly; S&OP according to the business needs/requirements, delivering all the necessary figures, analysis, and presentation.

Minimum Qualification

**Who You Are**
Academic degree and/or higher qualification in Finance, Business Administration or similar (MBA preferred).
Solid experience as Business controller with strong focus on Pricing and Revenue Management.
Experience in implementation of analytical and internal controls tools for the area.
High level of commercial understanding and strong business acumen.
Advanced proficiency in MS-Office suite, specifically Excel.
Excellent Communication skills (Business English)
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a senior financial management role
Extensive experience in working with SAP/ERP.
