**Main Responsibilities and duties**:

- Responsible for inspecting and testing products and overseeing operations to meet production and assembly quality standards.
- Track products through the process from stores receiving to final product.
- Evaluate supplier quality standards and record performance.
- Establish and recommend strategies to improve safety and quality standards.
- Identify defects and implement effective controls and methods to improve.
- Keep updated with Industry quality standards.
- Ensure all processes adhere to safety and quality standards and comply with legal requirements.
- Accurate maintenance and measurement of operating equipment with adherence to calibration requirements.
- Monitoring the use of operating equipment to ensure safety requirements maintained.
- Creating and reporting on all quality aspects.
- Quality Data analytics.
- Measure and produce accurate test records.
- Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products.

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:

- Matric.
- Quality qualification or Equivalent NQF 6 - advantageous.
- Technical Qualification/experience - advantageous.
- 5-7 years of experience in the Hydraulic industry.
- Familiarity and working knowledge with ISO 9001:2015.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years Quality control experience.
- Analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Technical skills and ability to understand Hydraulic drawings and circuits, documents, and manuals.
- Ability to influence others to follow rules and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills and teamwork mentality.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- MS Office - Advanced.
- Medically fit.
- Driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel

**Salary**: R50 000,00 per month
