Cinema Assistant

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

**CREATE A “WOW” CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE**
- Ensure that all cleaning duties are done as per the roster.
- Assist customers with any needs
- Continuously focus on keeping all areas clean and neat
- Strive towards zero complaints regarding the sites

**ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE “NU METRO” WAY**
- Present the brand (knowledge, dress code)
- Vibrant, energetic and professional presence in site
- Make eye contact, greet and smile at the customer.

**OPERATIONAL DUTIES**
- Ensure timeous cleaning of all allocated work areas
- Ensure that cleaning duties are done regularly
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures and complete all checklists

**AD HOC PROJECTS AS REQUIRED**
- Responsible to assist customers when needed

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Well-groomed, well-presented and well-spoken.
- Passion for and knowledgeable about movies
- Enjoy hospitality and interaction with people
- Energetic, vibey and friendly.

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:

- Ability to work under pressure and according to strict deadlines at a fast pace.
- Willing to work long hours, weekends and Public Holidays
- Knowledge of the movie industry and a passion for film will be beneficial

**Salary**: R25.42 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 36 per week
