**Work Description**

The Junior Graphic Designer will be part of the Corporate Operations Facilities and Fleet Management team and will assist the Facilities and Fleet Management Coordinator, Fleet Management Coordinator and Corporate Operations Managers. The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for providing the relevant artwork, graphic designed materials, floor plans etc for Aurum Facilities and Fleet to positively reflect the Aurum brand.

**Duties**
- Facility Management - supporting the Corporate Operations Managers with Facilities related duties:

- Signage - Facilities including Occupational Health and Safety.
- Assist with Site Setups, Site Operations and Site Closeouts.
- Print materials: How-to-Manuals, How-to-Information Sheets, Site Assessment Documents, Site Direction Brochure, Site Information Brochure, etc.
- Facility Floorplans
- SharePoint - Corporate Operations
- Website - Corporate Operations SCM Sourcing and Requisitions
- Fleet Management - supporting the Corporate Operations Managers with Fleet related duties:

- Branding
- Print materials: How-to-Manuals, How-to-Information Sheets, Fleet Assessment documents, etc.
- SharePoint - Corporate Operations
- Website - Corporate Operations SCM Sourcing and Requisitions
- Asset Management:

- Artwork for the Corporate Operations Sourcing and Requisition Website.
- Print materials: How-to-Manuals, How-to-Information Sheets, etc.
- Facility Floorplans - layout of furniture
- SharePoint - Corporate Operations
- Website - Corporate Operations SCM Sourcing and Requisitions
- Supply Chain Management
- Artwork for the Corporate Operations Sourcing and Requisition Website.
- Print materials: How-to-Manuals, How-to-Information Sheets, etc.

- Records Management:

- Artwork for the Corporate Operations Sourcing and Requisition Website.
- Print materials: How-to-Manuals, How-to-Information Sheets, etc.

- Policies and Standard Operating Procedures - adhere to all departmental and company policies, standard operating procedures, working practice guidelines and How to Guides.
- Write Working Practice Guidelines and How-to-Manuals.
- Comply with all health and safety policies, practices, and procedures according to prescribed legislation.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

**Education**
- Grade 12
- Graphic Design certificates
- Auto CAD or similar (advantageous)

**Experience**
- Two to Three years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the principals of graphic design
- General knowledge of Facilities and Fleet Management

**Requirements**:

- SA Citizen or valid work permit to work in South Africa
- Valid SA Driver’s License - First Issue Older Than 12 Months with Driving Experience (Advantageous)
- Travel by Land or Air (when required)
- Willing to work overtime

**Essential Requirements**
- Project Management skills
- Graphic Design skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Design packages) with a high level of PC literacy
- Digital media experience (advantageous)
- Experience in drafting package - CAD Drawings (advantageous)
- Time Management skills
- Report writing skills
- Highly proficient in English (Spelling and Grammar)
