Controller /expeditor

We are urgently looking for 2 Expeditors and 2 Controllers to start immediately. The work will be shifts and job descriptions per shift are below:
**Expediter 1: Morning Shift (05:00 - 15:00)**
- Tracking.
- Report updating.
- Morning Loading.
- On route update: 06:30, 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00
- Call drivers with 5min standing time in excess.
- Briefing morning loading with sequencing.
- Debriefing with the following:

- Tripsheet.
- Fleetvision route comparison.
- Mix TAR.
- Overtime.
- PODs.
- Fuel consumption.
- Driver post trip vehicle inspection.
- Flag delays, breakdowns, issues etc. to controller.

**Expediter 2: Afternoon Shift (10:00 - 20:00)**
- Tracking.
- Report updating.
- Evening Preloading.
- On route update: 11:00, 13:00, 15:00,17:00
- Call drivers with 5min standing time in excess.
- Briefing evening loading with sequencing.
- Debriefing with the following:

- Tripsheet.
- Fleetvision route comparison.
- Mix TAR.
- Overtime.
- PODs.
- Fuel consumption.
- Driver post trip vehicle inspection.
- Flag delays, breakdowns, issues etc. to controller.

**Controller 1: Morning Shift (06:30 - 16:30)**
- Diesel consumption management.
- Overtime management.
- Fleet audits, driver fleet inspection sign off, maintenance scheduling, fleet cleanliness and overall mechanical and cosmetic maintenance.
- Drivecam.
- Performance reporting.
- Salesrep and customer liaising.
- Mix TAR actioning (Excessive Idling, Speeding, harsh acceleration etc.)
- Driver discipline.
- Resolve queries.
- Trailer management.
- Assist with morning loading briefing.

**Controller 2: Afternoon Shift (08:00 - preloading completed)**
- Diesel consumption management.
- Overtime management.
- Fleet audits, driver fleet inspection sign off, maintenance scheduling, fleet cleanliness and overall mechanical and cosmetic maintenance.
- Drivecam.
- Performance reporting.
- Salesrep and customer liaising.
- Mix TAR actioning (Excessive Idling, Speeding, harsh acceleration etc.)
- Driver discipline.
- Resolve queries.
- Trailer management.
- Assist with preloading briefing.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R17 000,00 per month
