**Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities, ensuring timely and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to support scheduled maintenance tasks, minimizing downtime and optimizing efficiency.
- Work Order Management: Create, prioritize, and manage work orders for maintenance tasks. Ensure all necessary documentation, permits, and materials are available before work begins.
- Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of equipment and asset information, including maintenance history, specifications, and performance data.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of the maintenance budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality maintenance standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines, conducting safety assessments and providing recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Inventory Control: Manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and ensure the availability of critical components.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in maintenance planning and execution. Implement best practices to enhance overall reliability.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to procure necessary parts and services, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, reports, and performance metrics.

- Certification in maintenance planning or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques (preferred).
- Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, utilities, aerospace) (preferred).
