IT Service Desk Agent

We are seeking a Service Desk Agent to join our team in assisting clients with complex technical IT related issues while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Effective and efficiently log service desk requests.
- Assist clients on all levels with complex technical issues with ERP Software, Microsoft productivity

Software, Windows Operating Systems, Networks both LAN & WAN, Time & Attendance Software and Hosted Services Support.
- Liaise with clients and Service providers on all levels ensuring a high level of client satisfaction is maintained
- Escalate service requests to relevant team members or service providers in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with work overflow from other team members
- Although the position requires you to work in normal operating hours you will be required to work outside of normal operating hours from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2years experience in IT Support Environment
- Drivers license
- Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans

Qualifications Required
- A+, N+
- ITIL v3 or ITIL4
