Their duties will include the following:

- Follow up with the Insurers and Repairers on all open claims
- Follow up on outstanding salvage transactions
- Assist the claims specialist with claims complaints when necessary
- Monitoring, following up, and processing open claims with purpose to assist the claims specialist to conclude and close claims.
- Assist with Car Rental requests and extensions
- Assisting with Handling and responding to general claims queries from the claims specialist
- Obtain insurer required documentation / keys from customer on written off vehicles
- Continuously monitoring the Insurance mailbox and actioning accordingly in line with directives.
- General departmental administration (as and when required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R7 000,00 per month
