**Minimum Requirements**:
**Education (Non-Negotiable)**:

- **Diploma or Bachelor's** in **Marketing, Communications, or a related field**.

**Experience (preferred)**:

- **1+ year** of experience in social media coordination or a similar role.

- Develop, schedule, and manage posts across **Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok**.
- Engage with followers, responding to queries, comments, and messages promptly.
- Monitor and report on social media performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with **industry trends, social media best practices, and platform updates**.

**Customer Engagement & Support**:

- Facilitate online conversations and respond to customer queries in a **professional and empathetic manner**.
- Ensure customer concerns and complaints are escalated to the relevant teams and resolved efficiently.
- Foster a **positive online community** by maintaining a brand voice that aligns with company values.

**Content Creation & Strategy**:

- Assist in creating **engaging and visually appealing content** (graphics, videos, and written posts).
- Work with designers and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Optimize content based on performance insights and engagement data.

**Reporting & Analytics**:
