We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Associate to manage the trade of products and services online. As an eCommerce Associate, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with clients, driving online sales, and contributing to the growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities online and develop a pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct industry research to identify target customers and their needs in the online market.
- Present, promote, and sell our products and services to prospective clients through online channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives in the online sphere.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction in all online interactions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close online sales deals, handle objections, and overcome challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective online sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and online competitors.

**Requirements**:

- Formal tertiary education in Marketing is beneficial.
- At least 2 years proven experience as an eCommerce Associate or in a similar online sales role.
- Experience in managing online product marketing and trade.
- Competence in Copy Writing and SEO.
- Competence in Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Takealot, Adobe InDesign and Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving online sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective online interactions.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities in the online sales process.
- Customer-focused mindset and the ability to build and maintain relationships online.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to online sales.
- Good organizational and time management skills for managing online trade efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the MS Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, if required.
