A food manufacturing company in Klapmuts is seeking a suitable qualified HR Graduate with atleast 2-3 years HR experience to join their fast growing company.

Minimum requirements:
Senior Grade 12 Certificate
B-Degree / Diploma in HR Management, Industrial Psychology.
2-3 years HR, Payroll and/or training&Skills dev experience.
Own transport
Reside in or near
Able to work independently
Duties Include but not limited to:
HR advice to supervisors and Management
Daily, Weekly and Monthly time and attendance
Payroll
Training and development
Labour Relations
HR administration
Submission of monthly reports.
Secretary of HR/ Company relates committees.
Administration of Exit paperwork
Leave Administration
Pension Fund paperwork
Data capturing information such as warnings, consultations, training attendance registers etc.

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Klapmuts, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (required)
