- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Offering companionship and a listening ear to patients in need.
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supporting patients in participating in therapeutic activities and social interactions.
- Assisting with medication management and monitoring the well-being of patients.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of patient interactions and progress.
