About the Position:
As the Repairs & Maintenance Manager, you''ll oversee four maintenance teams, handle insurance claims, and manage vehicle maintenance. Our diverse portfolio includes residential and commercial properties spread across the Cape Flats, from BishopsCourt to Mitchells Plain and even JHB.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage 4 Maintenance Teams

Handle Insurance Claims

Oversee Vehicle Maintenance

Conduct Regular Inspections

Ensure Building Safety and Security

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential

Hands-on approach to management

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
