To lead the development and implementation of change management programmes to support organisational transformation, and drive organisational culture programmes aligned to the mission and strategy of the South African Reserve Bank (the Bank), and develop and facilitate the Bank’s employee listening strategy to ensure continuous, timely gathering of employee feedback.
Detailed Description

- To develop and activate the Bank’s Employee Listening Strategy, and coordinate the integration of the insights from various data sources, ensuring relevant owners and stakeholders Bank
- wide develop and implement appropriate interventions.
-- Lead the design, development, implementation and evaluation of culture programmes to strengthen the desired culture, embed the Bank’s core values and enable SARB Ways of Work.
-- Develop and facilitate enablement sessions to support HRBPs, management and staff on areas of expertise.
-- Support organisational effectiveness with a proactive, structured and well-informed employee wellness communications programmes.
-- To conduct regular meetings with the Head: HR Centres of Excellence to communicate management information, operational objectives, and to ensure that priorities are appropriately coordinated.
-- To comply with the Bank’s policies and legislative requirements in order to adequately mitigate risk and achieve the Bank’s objectives.
-Job Requirements
A minimum of an Honours degree OR equivalent in Social Sciences/ Human Resources/ Organisation Development, NQF 8
- A minimum of 8 - 10 years in Change Management OR Organisation Development OR Human Resources Management
