**Background**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Recruiting the Owner Drivers'
- Creating Profiles for the Drivers
- Assisting to overview performance of the drivers
- Requesting Crim checks from Gridhawk
- Updating drivers' compliances, EG E-learning
- Training new recruits, the TDT SOP’S
- Running campaigns to attract potential drivers

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Previous recruitment experience
- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- A clear criminal record

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Northgate, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
