J855 - Manager - Technical Service (Distribution) Responsible for efficient functioning of the workshop in order to achieve the business targets

**Your Roles and Responsibilities**

Managing the workshop as a profit center and achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Managing workshop delivery schedules, which involves allocating manpower, tools appropriately as per job priorities
- Managing workshop parameter to improve CSI
- Responsible for overall safety at the workshop
- Preparing the cost estimates including the services and repair costs and the cost of spare parts, if needed
- Effectively manage workshop team to achieve saleable man hour
- Reduce repeat concern by direct guidance and close supervision of supervisors & technicians to do the job assign to them
- Follow up debtors on a regular basis to maximize payment collection for workshop repairs
- Institute mechanisms to improve on same day delivery in the workshop
- Improve vehicle through bay/day
- Ensure timely and quality reporting through the ERP System
- Improve workshop performance through effective reporting and communication
- Maintain tools & equipment to improve work quality
- Daily weekly and monthly workshop technical reports to line manager
