Experience in
- Splitting of hind quarters, fore quarters and lamb experience
- Cutting, grinding and preparing of meat for sale
- Must have experience in manufacturing process meat
- Responsible for good presentation of meat products on display and signage is relevant
- Experience in maintaining and cleaning of equipment
- Ensure that product weighing, packaging, pricing on display must be accurate.
- Keeping records of inventory, budget and invoicing of products
- Laise with suppliers on purchasing of products
- Laise with customer and resolve customer complaints
- manage and training of butchery staff.
