Onsite Technician

**POST IDENTIFICATION**

**Post Title: FIELD /ON-SITE TECHNICIAN**

**JOB PURPOSE**

Sereti office Automation is currently looking for On-Site/field technicians who will be required to perform repairs, maintenance and installation of peripheral equipment (copiers MFP - Printers: colour and mono) for clients based at mines in the Welkom/Bloemfontein area.

**DUTIES/TASKS**
- Ensure that calls get done within SLA once received.
- Quality of work from supervisor firmware updates
- Ensure that preventative maintenance done as per schedule
- Manage on-site toner and spares stock and submit job sheets daily
- Ensure accuracy of warehouse stock
- Submit toner / job sheet report weekly
- Boot stock done before cut-off date
- Ensure accuracy of boot stock
- Submit warehouse stock before cut-off date follow up and update accordingly

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POST**

Minimum educational, qualifications and experience that are required to perform the job competently.

Knowledge
- Skills relevant to a job include education or experience & specialized training
- Minimum educational, qualifications and experience that are required to perform the job competently.
- Matric Certificate, at least one-year experience in the office automation industry
- Driver’s License essential.
- Must have a working reliable vehicle.
- Time Management
- Must reside in the Welkom/Bloemfontein and surrounding areas and be able to get to the client’s site on a daily basis.
- If not must be able to reallocate.
- Must have experience on mono, color devices and line/Dot matrix printers.

Min 3 years exp in a similar field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
