P360 Implementation Agent

**Inherent requirements**:

- Matric coupled with at least 2 years Software System implementation experience
- Computer Literacy (experience in User Systems Training)
- Database Management skills
- Knowledge on the Passport 360 System will be an added advantage
- Experience in a service-related environment with a desire to achieve high standards of Customer Service
- Valid Driver’s License, driving experience, and be able to travel away from home for extended periods

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Client engagement to scope Passport 360 system requirements
- Client engagement throughout and post the implementation and activation phases to ensure a smooth transition to the new system, and that Client expectations are met
- Promote additional product lines and prepare quotations where required
- Prepare for and conduct professional Passport 360 System training sessions for Users on the Service Provider and Corporate Client packages
- Provide on-site or desktop support to Passport 360 Users during the implementation and activation phases
- Assist with the various processes involved in the digitization of SHE files documentation
- Create Project Plans and maintain regular updates thereof
- Prepare professional feedback for Clients and KBC Management

**Working hours**:
07h30 to 16h30 (Monday to Friday)
- Overtime as and when required_

- Rustenburg, North West: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
