Supply Chain Planning Manager - Wolseley, Western Cape
- **Job Purpose**_
- Responsible to provide Manufacturing Company with a high-level production forecast view for 12 months rolling. This will involve a 12-month rolling requirement view for all key supply chain allies (production, dispatch, warehouse, finance, quality) including key suppliers of raw material, packaging and consumables._
- **1.**_ _**Key Result Areas**_
- Operations: _
- _Creating a weekly production planning view with rolling 12-month horizon._
- _Attend productions planning meetings to discuss possible constraints._
- _Report to operations on all new purchase orders and expected orders for the next four weeks._
- _Make agreed changes if required and share with production, warehouse, procurement, logistics and quality departments the confirmed view for week +2 and week +3._
- _Work together with production planner and scheduler to agree and confirm on retail production priorities for the next two to four weeks._
- _Check packaging material on SAP in terms of stock on hand and monitor minimum order quantity levels and confirm with stock controllers their stock on hand. (SOH)_
- _Do monthly production view from forecast placed on SAP and measure month on month discrepancies._
- _Collaborate with operations and give constructive feedback to ensure up to date and transparent reporting regarding our present conditions and capabilities_
- _Mini S&OP view on plant level, measure and high light risk to Senior Supply Chain Manager._
- _Measure Plan vs Actual (PVA) - high light risk to Senior Supply Chain Manager._
- Procurement: _
- _Give regular feedback regarding inventory and supply sources in order to support operations and anticipate demand_
- _Build and maintain good relationships with global packaging team._
- _Do monthly 12-month rolling forecast for all suppliers of packaging and high light risk and changes to Senior Supply Chain Manager._
- _Do monthly 12-month rolling forecast for all raw material suppliers and high light risk and changes to Senior Supply Chain Manager._
- Logistic: _
- _Tigger space constraints in advance use forecast view._
- _Do monthly forecasted view for all agents to ensure availability of containers._
- _Addressing shipment and inventory issues with the Logistics Manager._
- _Measure Plan vs Actual (PVA) - high light risk to Senior Supply Chain Manager._
- Ensure compliance to all standards namely: _

- **Qualifications**_
- _Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification._
- _Experience in FMCG._
- _Knowledge about HACCP and BRC would be and an advantage._
- _High competence in dealing with MS Excel._
- _Experience in ERP system, MRP, SAP would be an advantage_

**Salary**: R45,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month
