Final Product Analyst

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
The incumbent will be responsible for analysing, recording and monitoring the quality of final product and report on any deviations to the relevant managers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sampling, grading and analysis of Finished Goods packed.
- Record all results on the system.
- Report on all Non-conforming Products and administer the retention process
- Reporting and Actions taken when product is non-conforming
- Assist with the preparation of product samples and water sensory samples for daily management review, positive release, visitors and competitor benchmarking.
- Drive and maintain a safety conscious attitude and behavior with colleagues as well as equipment. Minimize all workplace incidents and accidents and ensure that safety protocols are adhered to.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least min 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Basic Good Manufacturing, Food safety and Quality knowledge
- Results orientated, resilience, drive engagement
- Good Computer skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
