A high-end roof top bar and venue seeks to employ a vibrant, friendly and open Restaurant Reservationist / Hostess with the following skills and requirements:

- Well presented lady with previous restaurant hostessing experience in a fine dining environment - NOT TAKE OUT OR FAMILY RESTAURANT
- Must have an excellent command of the English Language and if possible speak another foreign language
- Hotel receptionist experience would be a distinct advantage
- Must have a good work ethic - willing to work alongside the team in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- At least 3 years experience in hotels or restaurants will be an advantage
- Experience on **Dineplan** and other POS systems a must
- Position entails shift, weekend and late night work
- Calm demeanour and mature - able to deal with high pressure and demanding clientele
- Must have Matric / Grade 12
