Despatch Checker

In a large interactive Warehouse in Paarden Eiland, you will need to make sure Dispatch Targets are met for the day. Ensuring that the correct delivery procedures are adhered to, including all despatch SOP’s are adhered to at all times. Delivery of products is your focus, as you will make sure products are delivered in the correct quantity and at the correct time

Back in the Warehouse, you will make sure the POD’s are correctly completed and distributed to the relevant personnel for processing, and the correct documentation is distributed by drivers.

Key skills include your ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. and continuously search for opportunities to improve the dispatch process and decrease lead time to customers.

In order to be considered, please present:

- Matric
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a warehouse/retail environment
- Must have experience working on a computerized software
- Efficient on Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends and public holidays as required

Add to those skills your previous experience in
- Warehousing and stock control methods and procedures, methods of receiving, inspecting and issuing materials.
- Health and safety regulations.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Able to work in a pressurized environment
