- Role Overview:

- As our SAP Basis Administrator, you'll take the lead in maintaining and enhancing the performance, security, and compliance of our SAP ERP systems. Your primary focus will be on system security, administration, and ERP authorizations, ensuring that our systems are operating efficiently and in line with industry best practices.
- Key Responsibilities:

- SAP ERP User Maintenance: Skillfully create, modify, and manage user profiles within SAP ERP systems, following established SoX and SAP Basis best practices.
- SAP ERP Authorizations: Implement and manage SAP authorizations, aligning them with the SAP Role concept. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with SoX, Maestro, SAP, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements.
- Compliance: Play a crucial role in compliance efforts by generating evidence reports as requested by internal and external auditors. Process change requests driven by compliance and audit teams efficiently while resolving tickets in line with relevant SOPs and compliance regulations.
- Maestro: Demonstrate your Maestro proficiency by maintaining system settings and efficiently troubleshooting Maestro solutions while adhering to compliance standards.- Project Support: Collaborate with the continuous improvement projects and team, lending your expertise to enhance our systems and processes.
- What We're Looking For:

- Education & Training: A solid understanding of business processes within the manufacturing industry is essential. Proficiency in SAP Basis and authorizations modules is a must, along with familiarity in Maestro, SoX, ITGC, and ITIL.
- Experience: You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing your expertise in SAP systems and administration.
- Competencies: Fluency in English, exceptional customer focus, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management skills are all qualities that will set you up for success in this role.
