The HR Generalist(Payroll) is responsible for working within the operation to help shape and influence the People Agenda, by partnering with business.

The HR Generalist(Payroll)works proactively with Operations Managers and employees and fellow HR Consultants to ensure HC is delivered fairly and consistently to a high-quality standard whilst ensuring statutory and legislative compliance with the main focus on Payroll preparation and inputs


**Responsibilities**:

- Full HR function
- Onboarding and Induction
- Work closely with the recruitment teams
- Contract issuing
- New Staff Onboarding Documentation
- Payroll Processing (Hours, Terminations, Leave Processing, New Staff Onboarding)

**Requirements**:

- HR Information System Processing
- Diploma/Degree in Human resources or any relevant tertiary qualification
- 2- 4 years of HR experience
- At least 6 moths of working knowledge of Payroll system processing (preferably Sage VIP)
- Independent Worker
- Previous Contact Centre/BPO experience highly advantageous.

Pay: From R10 000,00 per month
