**Description**:

- Our client is a leader in the Property/Real estate industry who is looking for a talented and dynamic Conveyancing and Franchisee Admin Assistant to join their growing and developing team.
- Duties/Responsibilities (not limited to):

- REPORTING CONVEYANCING:

- Report and follow up on all transfers - expected and overdue transfers.
- Conveyancing reporting and administration
- Communicate with FM and franchisees regarding cancelled sales
- Engage with attorneys on the status of deals
- Bond commission reporting
- Weekly and monthly updates to be circulated to relevant parties
- ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATION:

- Bank account reconciliation daily
- Credit card reconciliations monthly
- Petty Cash management
- Invoicing of Nedbank commission and incentives
- Circulate monthly Debtors reports
- FRANCHISEE SUPPORT:

- Establish relationships with franchisees and assist with driving the franchisee support programmed
- Obtain financial information when needed and suggest remedial measures for non-performing franchises
- Ensure refinanced arrangements are adhered to and reported back to management
- Manage franchisee queries regarding their accounts
